Customer-Supplied Garment Policy

Customer-supplied garments are accepted with the understanding that Ladybug Custom Creations is not liable for any misprints, stains, or damage that may occur during production (including heat pressing or stitching). While every precaution is taken to ensure quality results, embroidery and printing involve working with machines, needles, stabilizers, and heatβ€”so there is always a small risk of machine or human error. All customer-supplied items are provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.

I understand that while every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, issues outside of our control can occasionally occur. These may include, but are not limited to, machine error, thread tension issues, puckering, or damage related to the garment’s material or construction.

If you are supplying the garments, Ladybug Custom Creations strongly prefers new, unwashed items. Previously washed or worn garments may react unpredictably to embroidery or heat application, which can affect the final result. In the event of a problem with a customer-supplied item, Ladybug Custom Creations cannot replace or reimburse for the damaged piece. The item will be returned to you with an apology.

To help reduce this risk, we recommend ordering directly through Ladybug Custom Creations.
We have access to a wide variety of wholesale garment suppliers and can source high-quality blanks that we know embroider and print beautifully. Ordering through Ladybug ensures we understand the fabric type, weight, and construction, which allows for better resultsβ€”and, if an issue occurs, we’re able to replace the garment at no additional cost to you.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this policy, and I accept responsibility for any costs or potential damage to garments or items I provide to Ladybug Custom Creations, now and in the future.
