At Ladybug Custom Creations, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality in customization.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days, depending on the level of customization required. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience.


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer domestic shipping within the United States.

  • Standard shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please reach out via email for special requests.


6. Shipment Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


9. Address Changes

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
