Return & Refund Policy

At Ladybug Custom Creations, we take great care to ensure all products are thoroughly checked and securely packed before shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please email ladybugcustomcreationSS@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in new, unworn, or unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Customized items (including those with names, initials, or any form of personalization) are non-returnable as they cannot be resold. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be successfully received and inspected before a refund is processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos and a video of the issue, ensuring all details are visible.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the problem.
  3. Email the evidence to ladybugcustomcreationSS@gmail.com.
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  5. If approved, we will guide you through the refund or replacement process.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived, please email us so we can assist in checking with the courier. Delays may occur due to:

  • Invalid or incomplete shipping address
  • Customs clearance requiring additional information from the receiver
  • Package awaiting pickup at a local post office due to unsuccessful delivery attempts

If the tracking information shows the order as "Delivered," we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.


Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Shipping restrictions in certain locations (customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued).
  • Items are out of stock.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
