    Do you have local pick-up available to the Greater Milwaukee - Waukesha Area?

    Yes! We offer local pick-up for customers in the Waukesha/Milwaukee, WI area on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to choose pick-up instead of shipping, please contact us before placing your order for approval, as this option is not available for all products.

    Additionally, we understand that sometimes you need your order quickly! We offer fast turnaround times, and for emergency rush orders, a rush fee may apply depending on the urgency and product. Please reach out to us to discuss your timeline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

    Need your order in a hurry? We offer quick turnaround times to accommodate your schedule. For emergency rush orders, a rush fee may apply depending on the urgency and product.     Do you accept BYOA (Bring Your Own Apparel) requests?

    Yes, we do accept BYOA requests in certain circumstances!

    For embroidery, please note that we may require you to sign a waiver acknowledging that while every effort will be made to ensure the fabric is handled properly, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with the garment during the embroidery process. Rest assured, we take great care in handling your items, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a successful outcome.

    I think I need to return my item. Is that an option?

    The item must be in new, unworn, or unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

    Customized items (including those with names, initials, or any form of personalization) are non-returnable as they cannot be resold. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be successfully received and inspected before a refund is processed.

    What is your Turnaround Time (TAT) and Processing Time?

    All orders are processed within 7-15 business days, depending on the level of customization required and season. We love in personalization, but sometimes it takes an extra minute!

    Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us about rush options!
