Mistakes are rare, but they can happen. By providing your own apparel, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Replacements or reimbursements will not be issued for customer-supplied items.

🧵 Embroidery Disclosures - Professional high-quality embroidery that lasts wash after wash. Because this is personalized/handmade, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted unless defective. Minor handmade variations are normal and part of small-shop craftsmanship

⏰ Each item is CUSTOM made to order - Processing time refers to production time, not shipping transit time. - During peak holiday season, please allow 10–14 business days.
